story
I am a barber from Milan. I started at the bottom in 2013 and today I train barbers and shop owners in Italy and abroad, as European lead for JRL Professional and global ambassador for L3VEL3.
What I teach
I got here one step at a time: years at the bottom, plenty of mistakes and a lot of travel to learn from people better than me.
I teach what I do every day in the shop. A clean, precise and fast technique that works at real shop pace. And the part most courses leave out: prices, scheduling, client relationships, communication.

My path

The beginningSelf-taught, then the first shop
Tired of leaving the barber unhappy, at 16 I picked up a clipper and started cutting my own hair, then my friends'. When I realised it could become a job, Hiro Vitanza gave me the chance to make the jump.

2013Learning the trade
I join Hiro Barber Shop in Milan, today La Barbieria di Milano. My first days are sweeping, washing hair and hours spent watching the senior barbers. That is where I learned the trade from the bottom up.

2014Best International Barbershop
In September, in Madrid, our team wins Best International Barbershop. We are the first Italians to bring it home.

2015From barber to educator
I start teaching cutting techniques and client management in Italy. In 2016 I teach my first course abroad, in Santiago, Chile. Since then I have trained hundreds of barbers in Italy and around the world.

2021Hairmasterman
I take part in and win Hairmasterman, the first Italian TV show about barbering. In 2022 I come back as a judge for the new season. I had already been judging competitions since 2016, at several international events.

2023Training in Los Angeles
I go to Los Angeles to train with Taylor Cutz, in my opinion the best barber in the world on afro cuts. I come home with a different technique and one conviction: the price of a service is set by the professional.

2024Hong Kong and China with JRL
JRL holds its first worldwide ambassador meeting: fifteen of us, between Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, to see where the tools are made. In Shenzhen a local barbershop challenges us to a contest and I win the classic cut category.

TodayTwo international brands
I am the European lead for JRL Professional and a global ambassador for L3VEL3, which also took me to Chicago with the global team. With The Barber of the Future I run my own live training. In 2026 I am No. 53 in the Top 100 Barber Influencers.
Who I work with today
With these brands I do training, shows and events, as well as content for their channels.
European lead
For JRL Professional, the American brand of clippers, trimmers and shavers, I run training and shows in Italy and Europe, test and develop new products and present new drops on social media.
Global ambassador
For L3VEL3, the American brand of barber products, I am a global ambassador: shows and training courses in Italy, and the global team I also worked with in Chicago.
Winner and judge
I won Hairmasterman in 2021, the first Italian TV show about barbering, and became a judge on it in 2022. I have judged competitions since 2016.
My symbol
My logo has four petals, one for each of the qualities I believe this job needs.
Ambition
Aiming for the highest level, in the cut and in how you stand in the market.
Passion
The same drive I had cutting my friends' hair, every day behind the chair.
Determination
Thirteen years of daily work: the method comes from repetition.
Humility
I started with a broom in my hand. You always learn, even from someone who has just started.
